What you're buying

• All 18 recorded episodes of Learn Evolution with Richard Dawkins.
• The illustrated companion guide.
• 12 months of access to the course, starting when the full course becomes available to you.

Price and payment

The founding pre-order price is A$149 (incl. GST), charged in Australian dollars. The founding offer is valid until 16 November. If your card is issued outside Australia, your bank may show the charge in your own currency and add its own fees. Payments are processed securely by Airwallex.

When you get access

This is a pre-order. You'll receive an email confirming your order straight away. Full course access begins [TO CONFIRM]. When the course opens, we'll email you a link to sign in. If we can't open the course by that date, we'll tell you by email and you can choose a full refund.

Your account and use of the course

You sign in with your email address. The course is for your personal use: please don't share your sign-in link, or copy, download, record, resell or publicly show the videos or the companion guide. All course content belongs to us or our licensors.

We may suspend access if an account is clearly being shared or the content redistributed.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the price you paid.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future orders; the terms that applied when you ordered continue to apply to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM] (state or territory), Australia.
