We want you to be glad you pre-ordered. This page explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our course comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If we don't deliver the course within the time we've told you, or within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a full refund. If there's a major problem with the course, you can choose a refund.
Changing your mind

How to ask for a refund
Email support@thisis42.com from the address you used to order, or include it in your message. We'll confirm by email.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Airwallex. Please allow [TO CONFIRM] (number of business days) for it to appear, depending on your bank.
What happens to your access
When a refund is processed, access to the course and the companion guide ends.
